Encounters with wildlife should be avoided and industrial workers need to be informed and kept safe from any interaction in the environment in which they work. Nature, relies on adaptation which is a slow evolving process however man and industry advance at a faster rate; and as such wildlife is not adapting to human presence as quickly as we are entering their habitat. Bears are content in relying on the tooth, claw and fear method of survival, often becoming a problem to seismic and pipeline crews.
