Given the importance for accuracy, timeline projections, cost analysis, health, safety, and the environment, it is evident that training and supervision by inspectors has reached an important level that no longer permits self auditing as an acceptable level of assurance for stakeholders, regulators, land users, land holders and the environment. Thus Terr-Dack-Darl Projects & Inspections Ltd. have implemented and sustained an aggressive in-house training program for its’ inspection team and site auditing systems that are done throughout the day-to-day business by maintaining detailed comprehensive safety, cost and environmental control packages.
Terr-Dack-Darl’s solid foundation of interpretation and knowledge of the applicable regulatory legislations implemented through-out projects, ensures an inspection service delivered in an educated, informed, and articulate manner. The implementation of inspection services are always with full consideration of the restraints bourne by the clients and/or Project Management Departments.
Experience
Terr-Dack-Darl’s network of inspectors and their collective years of experience in the oil and gas sector, provide the client with an educated and solid foundation of knowledge and experience on and within all project sites. The founders’ experiences are valued assets that offer benefits to a client‘s operations by importing the needed experience for risk assessment and management on-site.
The Principals give clients an assurance that Terr-Dack-Darl comes equipped with knowledge, experience and the resources needed to ensure professionalism and care for the clients demands.
Uniformity
Terr-Dack-Darl Inspection teams are required to carry at the least the minimum certifications for a project site in accordance to the client specifications; as well they must meet and/or exceed the uniformity Terr-Dack-Darl implements as the credentials for inspector candidates.
To ensure uniformity inspectors are thoroughly assessed for competency, a safety track records, and given a training program focusing on completion of paperwork, reporting practices, record keeping, code requirements, and follow Terr-Dack-Darl Projects & Inspection Ltd. Safety Manual. Further alterations or amendments to any of the codes and regulations, including project specific instructions, are communicated with the inspection team.
Terr-Dack-Darl’s auditing practices are further supported by site visits regardless of job size, and surveys its’ personnel to ensure inspection standards are being met and maintained, to further reassure the client that all safety, codes and company requirements are being met (all reports are available to the client on request).
Turnover packages containing completed information and records are delivered to the client upon project completion to emphasize that uniformity is maintained from beginning to end. These packages are available on disc if requested.

Rates
Inspection rates are negotiated at agreed rates based on qualification, classifications and project requirements. This rate policy was adopted because of the various demands for personnel qualification and locations of individual projects.
